A beautiful location, but the hotal could use some refurbishment

Liked: The location was spectacular. The view from our room was amazing. The breakfast was nice. The staff were very friendly and very accomodating and helpful when there was a mistake with our booking.

Disliked: My room was not like the photos when I booked. The wardrobe door was broken and the bathroom sink made it difficult to use the toilet.

Liked: Location was beautiful, especially having approached from the north through the national park. Being off season (end of Sept), it wasn't busy at all. Restaurant server was a gem!

Disliked: Reception staff were initially hard to find.
