  Enjoyable; a lovely quiet town

Liked: Instructions were clear and easy to follow to get into the property. The rooms and living areas are spacious. Kitchen and dining areas are good.

Disliked: Registering is painful and makes you not want to stay. If you make a booking, that should be the end of it. Not having to click through and spend time entering information online as a gateway to being given the information on how to get into a place. The cleaning fee is daylight robbery. It slipped through when I was doing the booking. I never would have stayed if I'd been observant enough to spot it. I don't expect to see that on bookings on this website.

Very nice however I don’t feel I received what I paid for (3 bedrooms)

  Liked: Very clean and comfortable.

Disliked: Unfortunately we needed 3 bedrooms and at the last minute received an email that the double bed in the 3rd bedroom was broken and not usable. I ended up having to sleep in the same room as my daughter and on 2 nights I slept on the couch. Also there were no extra linens, and only 1 towel per guest. Ended up having to wash the 3 towels and the 2 hand towels and air dry in the balcony. When I brought that to their attention, they immediately sent over 2 pillow cases and another bath towel Would have appreciated instructions on the use of the washing machine. However, the apartment was very clean, specious and comfortable. The host was very responsive.

Lovely memories of a beautiful place and beautiful people of Portugal

Liked: Great location only 5 mins walk from Georgous beach

Disliked: Would have loved to meet a Rep from guest ready to give the personal touch as you can get so much information quicker when you meet face to face rather than all the emailing.I know it clearly states self check in but maybe you could lead the way with the personal touch to make you stand out from the rest.Would have been nice if you left some hand soap in both bathrooms and some toilet cleaning spray again it’s only something small but it’s the first thing I noticed when I walked in.The Apartment was besutiful and clean when we arrived.we were sent wrong pin before check in so added a little stress on first night as it was quite late and chilly outside and we were a little worried we would be left stranded but eventually after a few emails back and forth it was sorted.WiFi was not working for most of our stay but the whole area of Esponsende was beautiful and people were so friendly that it made up for any of above problems.Overall had a wonderful holiday Thanks again for all your emails yours sincerely Irene zo Mahony
