  Liked: We liked the location and the fact that there was a communal lounge breakfast area. 2nd room was a good size.

  Disliked: Could do with a little tlc re decoration and especially flooring. First room smelt badly of drains and there was no one available on reception to tell. You have to do it all via phone or message which took a bit of time. Saying that they did move us to another room which was fine.

  Liked: Everything was perfect. This place is a gem we will definitely return later. Clean, quiet, nice yard, very good lounge, good location near restaurants and beach, friendly staff. Felt like home. Very good value for money. Give this place a chance if you can, you won't be disappointed.

  Small room with strong odor, good location and pleasant common area

  Liked: Good location, nice common space, comfortable bed. Staff were very accommodating for a last minute schedule change.

  Disliked: The main, big problem was that the room smelled of backed up sewer gas. I messaged the manager and they asked the cleaning staff to clean the sink, but it made little difference. The smell overtook the room the entire week that we were there. We tried to spend as little time in the room as possible. The room was very small. Paint in the bathroom around the window and shower was cracked and chipping. Given the small stove of the room, more hooks and shelves are needed. Also, staff could have been more proactive about sending check-in information.

  Cozy stay
