Liked: The location is good. Apartment a good size.

Disliked: The check in is from 2 to 8 pm. If you're outside these hours which we were you have to collect the key from a key box at the office which is miles away. I don't understand why the key box is not at the property. As there were 3 of us staying at the property I texted their no & asked for a second door key & the answer was why. We didn't get the 2nd key which was very disappointing.

Liked: My host Monica was outstanding when I contacted her for information. Apartment is clean and spacious.

Disliked: Pin for property is in the middle of the car park not the actual building and it's a 12 - 15 minute drive to the office to collect keys, which I wasn't aware of prior to check in. Check in email was really close to check in time and I had arrived in the area of the apartment expecting to collect the keys at the property. Then had to drive across town for keys. In saying this, Monica was very helpful during my stay. IF the key collection was at the property I would have zero complaints.

  Lovely flat

Liked: Very close to the centre, quite a nice flat!

Disliked: We would have liked to have a drying rack and some tablets for the washing machine, also a cloth and soap to clean the dishes or surfaces, although dishwasher tablets were present.

We had a memorable holiday in Cascais and loved the apartment

Liked: It was bright, airy, great space. Good appliances and clean. Comfortable bed. Excellent area and so close to walk to the market, the beaches, restaurants and shopping.

Disliked: Nothing. We would return and highly recommend it.

Nicest accommodation we had on our 3 week trip on Portugal

Liked: The apartment was huge. Nicest accommodation we had on our 3 week trip on Portugal. We screwed up and arrived a day early and they were great to get us into the place early.

  Disliked: nothing
