Incredible stay. Staff exceeded our expectations on being helpful and courteous
Liked: Staff were amazing! Location was premium Pool and facilities were fantastic The front desk even organised a bottle of wine and fruit as it was our honeymoon.
Disliked: The room unfortunately smelled a bit of cigarettes
Liked: It is a wonderfully run hotel with professional and friendly staff.
Disliked: This is just personal taste but I found the decor very kitsch. I also don`t like dark colour schemes which adorn this hotel.
Liked: Great location on the outskirts of the walled city. Walking distance to everything with a gas station and store across the street for some late night snacks. Great pools; kids loved the slides.
Would have liked a coffee machine in the room but the pool was great

Liked: Friendly staff and service, very good food variety and good parking. Stayed one night only and would return.
Disliked: Waiting a long time on arrival even though there were 3 receptionists, as waited in the queue to ask about the car park then again for our reservation.

Access to the indoor pool is by reservation only and with a daily use limit of 45 minutes (swimming cap is mandatory).
Children under the age of 12 are only allowed if accompanied by an adult.
Please note that on the 31st of December the half-board is a Gala Dinner with Entertainment.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
