  A spacious, peaceful, and memorable stay that felt like a true home away from home

  Liked: One of the best places we stayed during our visit to Fátima. The house was very well equipped, spacious, and truly felt like a home. Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was especially convenient, and we also loved the hammock and the outdoor dining area. The walking/hiking trail right in front of the house was a wonderful bonus, especially for traveling with both children and parents. There is also a lovely local restaurant just a minute away (walking distance) which was perfect. The location is a little outside central Fátima, but it felt safe, peaceful, and gave us a nice sense of the local area while still being very easy to reach the main sights by car.

  Disliked: The main drawback is that there is no air conditioning, as clearly stated in the property description. We visited in September, so the weather was comfortable enough that we did not really need it. There is also a washing machine, but it seemed quite old and did not work very well, and laundry detergent was not provided. Since it is a house surrounded by nature, quite a few insects and flies came inside as well. Even with these minor inconveniences, the stay was still very memorable and absolutely worth it.

  Very good!

  Liked: The house is very comfortable, cozy, and spacious. We stayed there in winter, and it was warm. The house has heating and a wood-burning fireplace. In the backyard, there is a barbecue area as well as a relaxation area. Free parking is also provided. Very close by, there is a beautiful themed park, Pia do Urso. I highly recommend it.

  Liked: A wonderful house located next to an eco-park near Fátima. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the backyard offers a great space for enjoying a barbecue. The host deserves special praise for being very responsive and always providing timely help. Their care and attention made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended!

  Liked: The house itself was great and as pictured. It's an old restored house so a bit of noise in between the walls but the perfect condition of the house makes up for it. Beds are comfy and a relatively well appointed kitchen. This accommodation is great for good size families for sure, and since its elevated landscape, the lack of AC is pretty minor issue as it cools off nice in the evening. Lots if parking for many cars if needed.

  Disliked: I know the area quite well so I knew what I was doing when I booked the location. The house is great but it is a sleepy little town so not many amenities that don't require a car. It's essential 10-15 minutes from major towns by car so traveller's should remember that. There are a couple of coffee shops, 1 mini market and a restaurant within walking. If you want quiet town with walking or biking trails, this is it.
