  Liked: The hotel location is very closed to Sanctuary of Fatima. The hotel let us have all rooms with view & balcony.

  Disliked: We may have some issue to communicate in English at the check in counter, but they are helpful.

  Liked: Good location. Quiet room. Comfortable bed.

  Disliked: Staff not friendly or welcoming, but polite. A smile would have helped. Not helpful with events scheduled. Facilities worn and dated. Mirror light in bathroom didn't work. TV remote was missing and they searched the room throuroly before replacing it. I resented the implication. My room overlooked a decepit parking lot., and not the plaza as implied when I booked the place. GPS showed I was 650 meters away when a local led me to the hotel after 30 minutes of dragging my luggage on the cobblestone street. The GPS directions to the neighboring hotel was accurate. Not sure it's the fault of the subject hotel, but another negative in the whole experience. Generally not pleasant, but not a disaster.

  IF YOU WANT TO VISIT FATIMA... DON'T FORGET TO SFAY AT CRISOL HOTEL

  Liked: Everything was perfect. It was a greatful experience with my group. Location it was more than exelent. Service..food..cleaning of rooms..perfect.

  Liked: The breakfast was quite poor. The location was fine and why I picked it.

  Disliked: Breakfast could have been better. The carpets were quite dirty. The door locks need to be replaced, as they don't auto lock when you exit.
