Liked: The staff from the front desk were very helpful and very informative. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with a vast variety of food

Disliked: The only thing was that the room didn't have a fridge or a kettle for a morning coffee but as I only stayed for one night, it didn't make a big difference. The shower could be a bit better as well.

Great reception staff and clean room

Liked: The reception staff were absolutely amazing when only one of the group of 4 could stay over. They have the other 3 who came the next day a free lunch and good advice about parking for disabled guests.

Disliked: The breakfast staff in the morning were not friendly, aloof and a bit cold.

Very nice, clean hotel close to the Sanctuary

Liked: Great location. Only a few blocks from the sanctuary. Parking free in the back parking lot. Breakfast at hotel only 8 Euros. Good value- They made us eggs.

Disliked: There were no USB ports to charge cell phone. Breakfast- the food wasn’t labeled and we were almost done eating when someone asked if we wanted eggs.
