The location was great, but the shower and hot water situation was a disaster

Liked: The location is perfect, and the apartment is spacious—ideal for a family trip

Disliked: There was a problem with the hot water—it kept switching from hot to very cold within seconds. Taking a shower was really unpleasant, especially with a baby. I believe this issue should be fixed as soon as possible. That’s why I gave a rating of 7, as I consider hot water one of the most important aspects of a rental apartment, especially since we mainly use it to sleep and shower.

  Fantastic, comfortable, clean and cozy!

Liked: The apartment was really clean and in a great location, close to the sanctuary. Our hostess,Eunice and her son,Rodrigo were really welcoming and nice. They delivered fresh baked rolls to us every morning and had a fully equipped kitchen with tea and espresso machine. Fresh towels were in abundance. My family and I really loved staying there. If I am ever in Fatima again,I would book this property again and again.

Disliked: Our only complaint was the hot water kept cutting on and off, making showers challenging. Our hostess was really apologetic about it and offered for us to use the shower in an empty apartment but, we decided to manage. She also said she would have someone check the water heater.
