  Loved the house. It’s full equipped and we enjoyed the cake and food the hosts provided to us

  Disliked: Would have appreciated a suggestion to park up by the cafe, and not bring car down to the house. This is because the slope is steep and the car path tight for a larger car. For locals, no problem. For tourists, driving car down to house a little scary. The walk was easy to reach house from cafe

  Liked: Big and clean house, the owner left a handmade cake on the fridge, as well as ham, cheese and bread.

  Disliked: The streets leading to house are very narrow, we couldn't get through with a large van.

  Fabulous experience in Casa da Ficheira

  Liked: Our recent stay in Casa da Ficheira in the northern part of Portugal was nothing short of phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the level of attention to detail and care that the owner had put into the renovation and maintenance of the house. One of the standout features of the house was its exceptional level of equipment and amenities. It had everything one could possibly need during their stay. And speaking of little surprises, we were delighted to find a special treat waiting for us in the fridge! It was a thoughtful gesture that added a touch of delight to our arrival. It's these small details that truly set this house apart and made our stay all the more special. Overall, we can't express enough gratitude to the owner for making our stay in Portugal one of the most memorable vacations of our lives. Their dedication to creating a truly exceptional experience was evident in every aspect of our stay.
