  Incredible place!

Liked: Incredible!!! Susana and Tomas are amazing hosts!!! Great location and the place is absolutely spotless and extremely well equipped- Susana was extremely helpful in every way- whether it was recommending hikes, restaurants or bringing us fresh honey and greens from her garden. Couldn’t recommend this place more! Even nicer than the pictures!

  Delightful!!

Liked: It is newly renovated and nicely appointed! Conveniently located with a short walk into town for groceries and delicious restaurants with friendly staff. Susana was lovely and a delightful and helpful host. We highly recommend this as a base for the spectacular hiking and waterfalls in the area!

Wonderful stay in Peneda Gerês with attentive hosts

Liked: The fact that the hosts live on the property make this property and rental, exceptional. They are attentive to the many details necessary in operating a stay of this caliber. The space is comfortable, clean, free of unnecessary clutter, has A/C and all the kitchen amenities one would need to prep meals (e.g. pots, pans, blender, knives, modern oven and stove, etc.). It's walking distance to the town of Gerês and a plethora of hiking, points of interests, and nature activities in Peneda-Gerês National Park.

Disliked: There is nothing that we did not like.

This is perfect for a peacful stay in the national park. Would highly recommend!

Liked: We loved the peaceful location, beautiful surroundings and the swimming pool. The villa itself is cozy and clean. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking utensils etc.

Disliked: The check in time was at 17:00 which we did not realize (our mistake) and the check-in procedure was not clear to us ahead of time. However, our host graciously let us put our food in the fridge while the cleaning was being finished.
