Liked: Positive. - Staff when we arrived. Very nice. Great explanations. Good recommendations for restaurant. - breakfast is inclused. Limited choice but very good Negative - high level of humidity in the room. - smell of humidity as well as mold - the mattress is really bad. Both of us ended up in the middle. Need to be changed asap - this was the most expensive hotel during our vacation and the worst one.

  Liked: החדרים והשירותים נקיים

Disliked: I paid for a room with a view and it was a view to the parking and entrance to the hotel so i couldn't be with a window open, she wouldn't move me although the hotel was empty. The blanket were thin and the warm blanket was not clean i had alergies all night (to dust), breakfast was ok but no staff is there to host so i didnt know how to work the coffee machine. Location is far from center anf the lady in reception couldn't guide me to traveling aroud. Its not a chip hotel, i was expecting more.
