  Amazing stay for our family of 4 - best location and stay!

  Liked: Excellent location, beautiful condo with the best terrace and most amazing view! Close to everything.

  Great location

  Liked: The location is beautiful with wonderful views. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of crockery, appliances etc. Beds were comfortable.

  Disliked: This is an older property which means it is full of character but also needling a bit of TLC, particularly steps to upper terrace which are a bit uneven. We also found the Property to be a little damp, but maybe due to the time of the year and recent heavy rain. However we would be happy to return! As others have mentioned you will hear noise/music from the square below, but maybe an advantage for those visiting for a more lively experience.

  It was ok

  Liked: The location is a 5 minute walk into Carvoeiro where there is an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants. Local supermarkets are a short taxi ride away (Uber is great), and the terrace is a great place to watch the sunset.

  Disliked: The property was 'ok', nothing in particular wrong though some of the surfaces and bedding on arrival weren't particularly clean. Functionally it's fine. Though no fault of the property guests need to be aware that there is good and bad in relation to the terrace. The good is that it's spectacular but also looks directly on to the square where there is often loud music played until late in the evening and we found that to be quite sleep disruptive. Again, that's more of an awareness comment than any criticism.

  Excellent stay in Carvoeiro

  Liked: The location of this cottage is spectacular. It overlooks the beach at Carvoeiro. As the cottage faces east, you get the morning sun. A cup of coffee at the balcony is the perfect start to the day. The bedrooms aren't huge but that's expected in Europe and they had everything we needed. The cottage is well equipped with everything we needed for a few days of sightseeing. The upper terrace is also superb. You got the views of the Atlantic and the beach. There's more than enough seating and a couple of loungers for the sun worshippers. The washer is also on the top floor and was well appreciated as we'd been travelling for some time.

  Disliked: The stairs to the upper terrace need some work. The stairs are steep and the railing did not feel particularly sturdy.
