Beautiful, tranquil, friendly stay
Liked: My stay at Hakuna matata was an absolute highlight of my trip. A clean, comfortable, well-equipped and beautifully decorated room. Space to sit outside the room in the garden, with views across the valley - so peaceful, the only sound was birdsong. A lovely pool to use in the garden, and jacuzzi surrounded by plants. Marcel and José are super friendly hosts and I highly recommend this beautiful serene place. I only stayed one night as I was hiking along the coast, but wish I could have stayed a week.

Liked: Everything....such an incredible stay. The villa is beautiful and the owners have put a lot of time and care into it. The rooms and kitchen were really well kitted out and we had lovely little meals on our patio. The family were so welcoming, especially Nahla and Lucy. We wish we could have stayed longer.
A retreat and hidden gem!
Liked: Hakuna Matata was an exceptional find. Really personal and hidden away gem. Sitting at the top of a valley it’s a retreat. Every part feels like a curated solution. A lovely welcome and peace.
