Terrible experience; I would recommend avoiding this host (which has multiple other properties)

Liked: Overall, the property facilities were good (even though the kitchen was in a somewhat poor state). The location also met our expectations, and the check-in process went very smoothly. Value for money would be good, if it was not for the money from the mandatory deposit that they kept from us without our consent.

Disliked: The hosts asked us to make a mandatory deposit of 500€ in advance, which they only partially returned. This was done against our consent, and I am pretty sure that this process was illegal, as they even refused to send an invoice for the fee that they kept from us, despite my multiple requests. Customer support was just awful, with most messages coming from ChatGPT or a similar tool and making no sense at all. (I am fully available to share details, as our experience was terrible, and I don't think they should be allowed to do this to anyone else.)

  Definitely recommended

Liked: Beautiful big house. We had everything we needed for our stay. The communication was nice as well. Thanks!

Disliked: The only recommendation is to send the details of check in a bit earlier than on the arrival date.
