Not good enough for 4 star hotel
Liked: Location was good with rental car but if your not driving it's not great Location as nothing much around and road outside Hotel is busy.
Disliked: Shower leaks onto bathroom floor and door and timber floor starting to warp and peal because of it. Timber floor in apartment in bad condition it's starting to lift and peal in few places. Room i was in had main door and stairs facing the back of building and directly behind the Hotel is very run down houses and to the front of room was looking at more apartments. As you drive in from road the building and reception areas are spotless and looks great but different story for the rooms and back of building.

Liked: We stayed in the hotel for 1 night. As a base to visit the Lagos, Albufeira and Faro area is in a great location as everything is in a proximity of 30-60 minutes appoximately. The rooms are not something memorable. Its a simple room with adequate space. We had an issue with the cleaness of the shower as it had a bit of mold built around so you might want to take it into consideration. Although they offer free parking, there is not enough space for more than 8-9 cars outside the lobby area, so in the summer months it is first come first served. The hotel itself provised a pool which seemed in pretty fair condition although we did not use it. All in all, it is a decent hotel but nothing special.
