A peaceful Algarve retreat
Liked: Our best choice for a relaxing getaway in the Algarve! Ana welcomed us warmly and provided all the information we needed about the region. She also helped us book our boat tour to explore the Algarve caves. The salty swimming pool, room, and breakfast were all perfect. This is the ideal place to enjoy a peaceful holiday in the sun and escape the noise of the city. Carvoeiro is just a 10–15-minute drive away, with a great selection of restaurants and bars. We would definitely come back!
Liked: Lovely sun-beds around the salt water pool. Beautiful trees / scenery all around. Very quiet and calm. Anna and/ or Susan were on site and always attentive eg Pillows were very hard / had lumpy fillings, but Anna changed these over straight away for us so great. Clean towels / room cleaning on request. Breakfast was good, but as same each day, if there for more than 2-3 days more hot variety and vegetarian option would be nice. 14 mins drive from town - note, Bolt better than Uber out there.
Disliked: No massage facilities on site this season despite being called a spa - however we found a super Thai massage place in Carvoeiro called Senses so went there a few times instead. Jacuzzi not opened up daily - could do it yourself but when we looked, it was murky with hairs so we were totally put off. Presented with a credit payment slip at breakfast 2 days later for €30 for late arrival, at 10 pm (due to flight delay & massive queue for car hire) - the owner told the manager to do this but he had not discussed with us & just took it! There had been a message on the arrival day to state arrivals after 7pm were charged €10 & a sliding scale - we advised that we had been delayed on a flight & hoped this would not be charged - there should be someone on site to receive guests at all times - not a good welcome. I have never had this before!
Liked: the breakfast was great and pool area, the people were very friendly - very nice complex / villa!
Disliked: jacuzzi could have been a little cleaner

Liked: Room was excellent and the breakfast was very satisfying. The pool was great. Overall a great place to stay.
Agradable y relajante
Liked: La bañera y el cuarto de baño muy espacioso. El personal amable, un lugar para ir en pareja y pasar días tranquilos rodeados de naturaleza. Nos ha gustado mucho.
Disliked: Todo estuvo bien, por poner un pero la cama no era muy confortable.
