Exceptional
Liked: Classy, clean, quiet, heart of old town Loule. Amazing!
In the center of Loule!
Liked: The location, comfortable bed, the balcony, the shitters and curtains in the room.
Disliked: Nobody responded to my question when I sent a message while we were there.
Would stay again. Well thought out

Very enjoyable few days, hotel is central to amenities and comfortable, would stay again
Liked: Although, the room was smaller than expected, it had everything we needed. The bathroom was fine, with a good shower. Room had air conditioning, which we needed, as it was very hot, for September! There was a small Juliet balcony from which you had a good view of downtown Loule. We enjoyed using the terrace for late-night drinks watching the world go by, with the addition of the small fridge which meant we could make breakfasts and small lunches.
Disliked: There were two steep sets of stairs, which would not suit anyone who had mobility problems. We were OK, but needed a lie down after climbing them! Parking can be a problem as there is not a dedicated car park, but as we knew the area we managed to find a nearby car park, but it was about 5 minutes walk away.
