Good
Poor attention to detail
Liked: The position of the property was ok. But it wasn't what we booked
Disliked: Our apartment was changed without prior warning. We weren't informed about it until we had arrived. We had booked our choice of apartment for a special reason. The one we were moved to was on 1st floor not 3rd so our view wasn't what we booked. The apartment was not very clean. Attention to detail was non existent and they got angry when I let them know that the washing machine had a problem., they told me it was to be expected and that it was only a year old. This was not a year old washing machine. The chairs in the front room were damaged. Showers were mouldy. Walls in a poor state. There were no Sharp knives, chopping board or washing airer, they did bring us new the very next day. Unfortunately we were very disappointed in the customer service provided by this company and more so by being moved without discussion and rude responses to asking why.
