Liked: Very nice garden, the room was ok eventhough the furniture has seen better days…but everything needed was there. It’s small but that was ok for me.
Disliked: The bathroom was really dirty which was due to the carelessness of other users. The paper toilet has not been replaced. Walls very thin, you can hear EVERYTHING and when I stayed there one guy was snoring so loud that I had huge issues falling asleep.

Fine for a cheap emergency stay. or if you are looking for a cheap long term
Liked: The room is a double room, on the small side. The mattress was soft and comfy, and the bedding was presented nicely with clean towel options. The room had nice natural light, but not very good ambient lighting. The location of the accommodation sits on what feels like a dual carriageway, directly opposite a massive Lidl, McDonald's, and a petrol station over the main road. So if you are looking for practical long-term accoms, this might suit you. As for holiday vibes and nice cafes, this is not the area, but Olyho is a stone's throw away in a cab.
Disliked: I want to flag a few issues from my recent stay, one of which I consider a serious safety concern. First, the drop-off. My Uber left me on the wrong street and I had to drag my bags along the dual carriageway for around ten minutes in the hot summer heat. Please list the exact drop-off location in your instructions, or guests will end up hiking to find the place. The bigger problem was check-in. When I arrived, an older, semi-naked French elderly man answered the door to my room. I was told afterwards this was down to an automated booking error, but in the moment it was genuinely alarming, especially as a woman travelling alone, and we had no shared language to sort it out between us. What made it worse was that there was no one on site to help and no phone number to call. Your listing states clearly that you do not answer WhatsApp calls. For a foreign traveller, WhatsApp is often the only way to reach anyone, so having it ruled out in what felt like an emergency left me with no options. I had to leave and look for help. Luckily, some neighbours in a separate building were having dinner and used their phone to reach the Portuguese landlord. The situation was resolved in about forty minutes, but had they not been there, I would have been stranded on the street. I would strongly urge you to put a proper emergency contact process in place, WhatsApp included, and to tighten up the booking system so a guest is never sent to an occupied room again. This should not happen to anyone else.
Horrible
Liked: It should be said that the hotel did refund our money in breach of the policy, which was nice.
Disliked: Horrible experience. We came before check in time and kindly asked to use on of the public toilets. That was absolutely impossible before check in time. Literally told us to go to a cafe to do "the business". Completely and utterly useless staff. Disgrace. They have nothing to do in the hotel business.
