Fabulous
Great traditional townhouse - Excellent Location
Liked: Access to the building was via a key held in a lockbox. We initially had a little difficulty with the lock box, due to a typo on the welcome email, but a quick call with our host, Rafael, sorted this within a few minutes. The entrance to the house leads into a hallway, with the main bedroom opening off it. The hall leads to the living room and the second bedroom, with a breakfast / dining area with a coffee pod machine. Another door leads to the fully enclosed and roofed rear courtyard, which provides access to the kitchen and bathroom, as well as a door to the stairs to the huge roof terrace. The huge terrace is split level, with a flat area with table and chairs at the top of the stairs. The upper level at the front has more seating and is reached via short flight of steps. This upper area is slightly arched, and does take a little getting used to. The main bedroom is a good size, with plenty of storage for a week's stay, and a large, comfortable bed. A few more hangers would be useful, as we had to raid the second bedroom to get enough. The compact living room has a 2 seater settee as well as a flatscreen TV. Wifi was excellent throughout the property. The location of the property is perfect with relatively little traffic on the street during the day and very peaceful in the evening, but lying within very easy walking distance of multiple shops, bars and restaurants. Overall, an excellent place to stay in Olhao and we'd be very happy to visit again
Disliked: While everything was functional, some of the terrace furniture is ready for replacement
Lovely stay in a traditional house
Liked: Great location, you can walk easily everywhere. The house itself is traditional, and pretty much has all you need. The outdoor bbq is a big plus along with the air conditioning. Amazing roof terrace to relax in the evening. Great shower. We had a great stay, for sure we are staying here again. I have to praise also the communication with our host, on time and accurate. Thank you.
Disliked: A few small things, we thought the mattress is in need of an upgrade, but we are not fussy sleepers, so it's mostly a suggestion. Some extra attention to cleaning and definitely replace the clothes dryer as well as some worn equipment. In general everything is functioning but with a few upgrades it will be a 10/10.

Liked: I liked the area, how authentic the property was, the amount of space and roof terrace, the quirky nature of the house. For the window size it was lovely and bright
Disliked: It was a little cold which would it fantastic in summer but slightly chilly in winter. However heaters were provided
Oasis in Olhão
Liked: Great location just away from busy streets. Comfy stay in quirky place. Lovely rooftop area to chill.
Disliked: Steps to rooftop a little steep but manageable.

Liked: Good location, easy check in. Can't fault facilities.
Liked: Very beautiful place what stood out is the exceptional service. The staff is so friendly and welcoming it’s very noticeable!
