Suited most of our needs
Liked: location to ferry departure point air conditioning on all floors Internet free and wide choice tv channels great washing machine comfort & size of bed in main bedroom inside the house was spotlessly clean proximity to supermarket & restaurants, markets etc excellent host support & comms. Helpful too provision of wheeled shopping bag for supermarket trips Crisp cotton bedsheets soft towels complimentary btl water and a few coffee machine pods dishwasher (we didn't use it or the oven)
Disliked: building work noise next door from and the tradesmen could see/hear us on the balcony upper terrace very hot with no shade and no night light lots of stairs as is typical of these types of house Without A/C and closing the shutters the house inside gets very very hot uncomfortable sofa downstairs smelled? damp. Toilet room smelled outside furniture looked tired; bbq rusty ++ no ice cube trays in freezer
Liked: Location was excellent 2 second walk to the front street, bars and restaurants, 3 mins to pingo dolce supermarket, everything was exactly like the pictures Bed was very comfy and plenty of towels made available. Nice little welcome pack 😊 and good communication from isabel who met us for our check in, isabel was very friendly and super knowledgeable of the area and gave great information hints and tips of places to go and / or see
Disliked: Nothing at all to dislike The Only change id suggest to make would be to remove the sun shade/ frame from the roof terrace which is damaged and rattles about if windy, not a complaint but personally id remove it fully as there is a good parasol on the lower balcony anyway if shade is required

Liked: Location was fantastic
Disliked: Kitchen sink kept blocking. The fixtures and fittings on the roof terrace rattle and clang in the wind which then echoes all through the house, impossible to sleep through.
A little gem
Liked: This is a little gem in a superb location, a minute walk to the two markets. It has a lower barbecue terrace and a very private upper sun terrace accessed by a spiral staircase. It had everything we needed and more, including washing machine, dish washer, a lovely welcome pack and a convenient little expresso machine with coffee pods. The jacuzzi bath was a nice touch too. Isabella welcomed and showed us around the house - she even took us to the supermarket, very close by. No mosquitoes or midges and you can drink the water from the tap.
Disliked: There should be an air freshener in the toilet.
Liked: Fab location - close to the ferries to the islands, a 10-minute walk to the train station and round the corner from a Pingo supermarket (with a cafe and a playground).
Disliked: It’s a steep climb up a spiral staircase to the upper roof terrace.
I would happily rebook this house 😊
Liked: Good location and a lovely welcome by host. Facilities in the house were good and soundproofing excellent (there is a noisy cafe nearby)
Disliked: Bed linen was inadequate and of poor quality. Some weatherproof cushions for the sun loungers would have been nice.
