Wonderful location, helpful/kind staff and so peaceful and relaxing

Liked: Staff were kind and hospitable

Disliked: We changed room as the studio room although had amazing views/balcony. needed updating. We have been told the studio is going to be refurbished so I’d be happy go back after. The staff moved us to a larger and updated apartment which was fabulous.

Excellent aoartments in a great location with amazing sea views!

Liked: We have stayed at Apartmentos do Parque a number of times. They are in the centre of Olhos D’Agua but in a quiet location with amazing sea views. Apartments are very spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

  Disliked: We liked everything!

  disappointing

  Liked: Good location.

Disliked: The room was not properly cleaned, old, beds are very, very bad and uncomfortable and the "sofa bed" is absolutely a wreck, you cannot sleep on that. No sockets near the beds for phones, light was not working in the main room and i cannot comment enough on the beds, pillows and mattresses, all very old, we left with back and neck pain. The sofa bed had no sheets even though we paid for 3 people (just some smelly blankets).

Liked: The apartments have a perfect location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops yet not noisy or busy. Our apartment was large enough for our family of five including three teenage boys with fabulous views and a large balcony. The swimming pools and sun loungers were never overly crowded which was great!

Disliked: We had a few issues with our apartment which were the very flat pillows, you would hardly even call them a pillow and there were no extra pillows available. One of the bedrooms had very poor lighting and no daylight as the window was covered with an outer sash that couldn't be opened properly as it opened onto the corridor to the other apartments, Another issue was when we put the air-conditioning on in the rooms there was a terrible smell coming from them - maybe because they were plumbed into the toilet cisterns!!
