  Liked: Didn't stay long enough to find out, we were there in the coldest weather we experienced in the Algarve, maybe experience might e different in warmer weather

  Disliked: Hard to find firstly, wasn't as nice as photos, no proper heating, walls thin could hear neighbours, had to make other arrangements left after first night. When we contacted owner he said he'd send someone around the following week. It was the new year!! but place was cold.

  Disappointing Stay!

  Liked: Location Good

  Disliked: Heater still not working in the Lounge - despite 'feedback' from other 'reviews' - we were very cold in the mornings /evenings - requested additional heater on many occasions but request ignored by Hosts! Hot water was luke warm. Quite a 'mish-mash' of crockery.

  Very disappointed!

  Liked: Property was ok except heating (air conditioning unit) did not work in lounge although we particularly asked if the heating system worked prior to confirming booking (as it was winter) and were told everything working well.

  Disliked: We were told work was going on (outside of the building) only 2 days AFTER the last day that we could cancel for a full refund!... the work " outside the building " was actually AT the window of the lounge and bedroom meaning we could not go outside and had to keep shutters closed for privacy for our stay with no daylight! When requesting only a partial (which was considerate given the circumstances) refund we were given an apology " for the situation "but told we could not have a refund as we were already advised of the work. We were offered a discount on a future stay due to the situation. Really not acceptable.

  Liked: I loved the fact that we had our own garden and the place was very clean and modern.

  Disliked: There was no welcome booklet, which would have been ideal to give information on how to open the shutters and local amenities.
