  Great apartment close to the beach

  Liked: Easy access to the property with codes shared before. Very well equiped apartment (kitchen, rooms, living room), two balconies (sun in the morning and afternoon), surrounding areas well maintained. Lot stores and restaurants in a walking distance as well the beach. Parking always easy in front of the building

  Disliked: Pool area with no sun umbrellas, apartment with too many ants for a 3rd floor, shower drain not evacuating water fast leading to a bit flood.

  A place that will satisfy even the most discerning guests

  Liked: We loved the location close enough to a very good, scenic and clean beach - about 10 mins walk, also some restaurants and patisserie nearby. We did not rent the car so had to use Uber to travel around including going shopping to Liddl (10 mins by car) as the nearby supermarket had ridiculous prices The apartment was awesome too - clean and fresh, with two balconies with terrific views, two bathrooms (shower was amazing), and the kitchen had all the utencils. Children loved the swimming pool on the grounds. The host was in touch if we needed anything. Also we loved the door system with the codes, so did not have to bother with the keys.

  Disliked: Nothing to complain about.. Only the single beds were not perfect for my kids, they did not like the matrasses.

  Liked: Looking out onto a nature reserve, lots of birdsong and quiet.

  Disliked: Sometimes electricity went off if too many appliances are switched on at once, but this is easily fixed. An information book would be good on how to use the appliances. On arrival it would be welcome if even a bottle of water was in fridge.

  Liked: Distance from square, local amenities and restaurants. Comfortable beds. Balcony looking over the trim trail.

  Disliked: Missing bedding ( no pillow on one bed and no extra linen or pillows for sofa bed)., threadbear, grubby looking sofa bed, and old broken bin need replacing, inside of dishwasher old and rusty. Contradictory info from host and Bookings.com in relation to block number resulting in bookings.com organised transfer initially dropping us at the wrong address, and then having to ring host to check information on how to get into building as bookings.com indicated one code that was wrong! Not helpful when arriving in the dark with young children and unclear directions and information. Only one bed side table and lamp in double room resulting in me having to put my phone, watch and other items on the floor. Sliding door locks to balconies were very stiff and extremely difficult to open/close/lock. Old food/condiments left in cupboard/fridge. No shower mat in one bathroom. Quite dark when returning to apartment at night. Better lighting required.
