  Has this Hotel deteriated since 2019

  Liked: I have been twice before and we loved our stay at this hotel, staff were fantastic and the hotel was perfect with nothing to worry about. However i am booked into this hotel again in July and after reading all these review from 2025, i am really worried about my holiday now. Has this hotel really deteriated this much since my last visit in 2019? Do i need to look elsewhere to rescue my holiday? I hope not

  Very disappointing

  Liked: The staff were reasonably nice. Victoria in reception was very helpful the rest of the reception staff could certainly avail of some customer service training. The staff at pool bar var were exceptionally accomidating and pleasant.to deal with. Restaurant staff were helpful.

  Disliked: So where do we start. THE LIFT WAS NOT WORKING FOR THE DURATION OF OUR STAY. THE BALCONY IN OUR ROOM WAS VERY BAD,PAINT PEELING OFF THE WALLS, THE TABLE WAS FILTHY WITH COFFEE STAINS, THE CLOTHES HORSE WAS BROKEN, THE TOILET SEAT DIDNT FIT, THE SHOWER HEAD WAS BROKEN,THE PLUG HOLE IN SINK WAS BROKEN ANN THE BALCONY DOOR DID NOT LOCK. THEY FIXED BALCONY DOOR AND SHOWER AFTER THREE DAYS. WE HAD TO ASK FOR THE SHEETS TO BE CHANGED..

  Clean Rooms but Maintenance Issues and Surprise Deposit

  Liked: Clean room and decent stay overall, but the sun loungers were covered in bird droppings due to lots of birds. A £100 deposit wasn’t mentioned beforehand. Lights and aircon in the room didn’t work. Location is about 10 minutes from the strip and 15 from Old Town. On the plus side, reception staff were lovely and very helpful with our late flight.

All guests booking on Non-Refundable policies should provide their details when booking in order to receive an invoice.

Please be aware that for reservations (Bed & Breakfast board only) on the 31st of December there will be an additional charge of EUR 12.50 per person for the Brunch.

Please note that the hotel features a variety of services that are available at an extra fee, which include a fitness center, massages, a games room, fax/photocopying, meeting and banquet facilities, safety deposit box, laundry, tennis court, billiards and mini golf.

The use of swimming cap in the indoor pool is mandatory. Customers can buy caps at EUR 4.50/each at the front desk.

Please note that there is a transfer service available for a surcharge to/from Faro International Airport, Albufeira Marina, Albufeira Train Station, various water parks, Loulé and Quarteira markets, among others. This service must be requested and paid directly at the hotel's reception, 24 hours before.
