  Underwhelming and disappointing apartment

Liked: The Check-in customer service staff was excellent. I am a well seasoned traveler and the property itself was truly disapointing and extremely underwhelming. However, the customer service team at Check-in was a pleasant surprise as they tried to help with our issues and ultimately got us the option to move to another property or get a refund for the remainder of our stay since we requested to cancel half our stay.

Disliked: The beds were rock solid. The top bunk beds unusable due to no fence. Only 4 indoor chairs in an apartment for 8 people. The entire apartment (kitchen in particular) was so outdated and poorly maintained that it was almost inhabitable. The pool at the facility closed halfway into our stay without information about this in the listing.
