  Disliked: The apartment was not properly cleaned upon arrival, which was disappointing. The check-in and check-out process was quite unprofessional. I had informed the host that I would arrive within the allowed check-in window, yet I was asked to come earlier if possible because my original time was considered “late.” I accommodated this request, but I still had to wait upon arrival. For check-out, I clearly stated I would leave at 10:00 (the latest allowed time). Despite this, someone arrived at 9:30, rang the doorbell, and asked if we were leaving. As we started loading the car, she stood outside watching us, which felt intrusive and made us feel rushed with no privacy. Between the cleanliness issues and the unprofessional handling of check-in and check-out, the stay was far less comfortable than expected.

  A pleasant stay in a comfortable villa in a convenient location

  Liked: The location is as described, a short walk to the nearest cafe/bar/restaurant with several more a few minutes farther along the road, as well as a couple of shops. A 20 minute walk to Olhos d'Agua beach with several restaurants, cafes, shops, and in town a large Intermarche, municipal market, bakeries, post office. Other lovely beaches and resorts (Vilamoura, Quartiera, Albufeira) a short drive away. The villa was clean, comfortable and well equipped with a lovely garden and large communal pool which was never crowded during our stay.

  Liked: Amazing property, perfect for a family vacation - fully equipped, close to the communal pool and the garden is a sun trap!

  Exceptional

  Liked: This villa was perfect for our family trip. The location was brilliant, the pool was big and super clean, and the hosts were very flexible - allowing us to check out a little later than planned. Would recommend to anyone staying as a family or with young kids!
