Baleal 4 surf 2
Liked: The location is Nice, a great view of the ocean and an exclusive "down hill" directly to the beach between cliffs. The place was clean and comfy. It's away from the center, not much, but still. We really loved the small balcony.
Disliked: Value for money, maybe ecause we booked in a short notice, however, it was worth less than what I paid, I wish for some vegetables for breakfast.
Great apartment/location but the walls are thin and risk having sleepless nights because of noise
Liked: The location is great and very close to the beac (with stunnign view, very pleasant). The check-in was easy and quick, the parking spaces around the place are also a huge plus definitely made a difference too. Restaurants are just a few minutes away. The owner was diligent and answered fast to our queries regarding a difficult situation with loud neighbors.
Disliked: 1. Room / Home situation: The room 9 (where we stayed) is divided by a VERY THIN wall with the room 8. We had access to the balcony, but it was shared with window of room 8 (no privacy there - see photo, so you get an idea). If you are unlucky to have loud guests, you wont sleep at all. 2. The issues during our stay: We entered on Friday night and were gonna stay until Sunday morning. Since we only had 2 nights in Peniche, we needed to sleep well to enjoy the days. From the very first minute of our check-in in the early evening on Friday, we had unfortunately experienced the guests having loud sex. We were about to leave for dinner and we ignored but, around 1am, they started again - it was so loud and uncomfortable that we felt disgusted and decided to leave. We returned only at 3am and couldnt sleep until 6. We wasted our first day in Peniche because we were tired due to the lack of sleep since they were so loud and the walls were so thin:( at 1 am, we asked the property owner if they guests in room 8 were going to stay one more night and since she confirmed, which prompted us to decided to leave and ask for a refund - I shared audio and video evidence. She said she cannot do refunds and told us to take it to booking and see what they could do. On a positive note: She was quick to answer us (even in the middle of the night) and, on saturday morning, she knocked on their door early in the morning and said that they cannot be loud and need to be mindful of other guests... this made us reconsider the decision to leave, since it was very hard to find another accomodation for the same night (saturdays are particularly busy in peniche). On Saturday at 18.30 we told the owner that they were being loud again and we would leave. She arrived in 10 min and gave them the money back and kicked them out. This was great and I appreciate her effort - We slept well on Saturday, however, there were TOO MANY PROBLEMS for just 2 nights for almost 400 eur!

Liked: Amazing location, beautiful views from the balcony. Very clean, good powerful shower and great facilities and somewhere to store surf stuff.
Disliked: Can't fault anything
Really enjoyed amour stay here. The location / view is really great and the room is modern and comfortable

Disliked: Limited facilities in the room, e.g a kettle would be nice, brush / broom would also be good to keep the floors clean of sand etc. The shower tray also had a leak.

Disliked: Couldn't use the oven or hob. Needed some maintenance and a bit more TLC...
