  Liked: Amazing location, clean rooms and nice bathrooms.Good shutters and nice beds made it easy to sleep. Really easy and clear communication with the owner.

  Disliked: It was hard to spend time outside and enjoy the sunshine. The pool furniture was broken, just 1 low quality sunbed could be used. The outdoor chairs were low quality and very uncomfortable. Some of the other furniture was low quality, for the price. We were only a small group. I think 6 people would find it difficult to sit and eat.

  A great spacious apartment in a great location

  Liked: The location is ideal. It is a couple of blocks from two beaches, surf schools, cafes and restaurants and a grocery store. As it is on a quiet side street, noise is not an issue. The apartment is very spacious with a good layout, the kitchen very well-appointed and the private terrace with outdoor shower is a great bonus. As it was unseasonably cold and damp some nights, the air-conditioning units, which also work as heaters, were much appreciated. Check-in was easy. Definitely a great choice for families or a group of friends.

  Disliked: The bedrooms are a bit spartan and bed lamps would have been nice, but this did not detract from our stay.

  We had, the time of our lives

  Liked: I liked everything about our experience. Joao met us and gave us the keys. He showed us around and made us feel very welcome. He even let us borrow a baby bath for our little 2 year old. It was lovely having 3 toilets and showers so there was never a queue for the bathroom! My boy loved the swimming pool and the short walk to the beach. We will be back next year with more people! We had a great time!

  Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like. My family were very happy and we all thought it was one of our best holidays to date.
