Our first surf trip — and definitely not our last! 🏄♂️🌅
Liked: We absolutely loved the surf atmosphere of this place. We came to try surfing for the very first time, so staying in a hostel that is so connected to surf culture made the whole experience feel even more special. The surf-inspired decor, books, games, and even the owners themselves being surfers created an atmosphere that really made us feel part of it. The area is quiet and peaceful, but even though it’s a small town, you have everything you need nearby — shops, a pizzeria, bakeries, and more. And the location is fantastic: the beach is literally just across the road, with incredible sunset views in the evenings. What started as a simple trip to try surfing for the first time turned into something much more. By the end of our stay, I had already decided that I want to make this an annual tradition and come back here every year. Thank you for being such a memorable part of our first surfing experience! 🏄♂️🌅
Liked: Really lovely stay, breakfast was fantastic and the staff and volunteers were lovely. It was nice and social but you could still do your own thing. The barbecue area was great well stocked and a had a lovely vibe. The kitchens were also great, they had everything and multiple ones so no one was ever crowded. The balcony room had beautiful views and was right on the beach. I believe most rooms are basically private. We had a lot of great recommendations from the staff and they have absolutely everything you need if you want to hire bikes or boards. I’d highly recommend.
