  Estadia aquém das expectativas: Falta de conforto numa estrutura envelhecida

  Liked: Limpeza excelente: A casa estava impecavelmente limpa à chegada, o que merece total destaque e o nosso elogio. Lavandaria: A zona de lavandaria é um ponto muito positivo e uma excelente mais-valia funcional durante a estadia.

  Disliked: Garagem e Estacionamento: O alojamento tem garagem, mas o acesso é extremamente difícil e apertado. No dia a dia, mais valia deixar o carro na rua, mas mesmo o estacionamento no exterior revelou-se bastante complicado. Cansaço do imóvel e da sala: Trata-se de uma casa velha, com imensos remendos visíveis. Na sala, há um cheiro a mofo evidente que tentaram disfarçar, sem sucesso, com a colocação de painéis de madeira OSB. Para piorar, o sofá é muito velho e tem um tecido antigo, altamente propício a acumular poeiras e a despoletar alergias. Logística do Sótão: O acesso ao sótão é difícil e a ausência de um WC de apoio neste piso superior torna a utilização do espaço muito desconfortável e pouco prática no dia a dia. Isolamento acústico nulo: Ouve-se imenso o barulho da rua. No interior, o ruído propaga-se muito: as escadas de madeira fazem imenso barulho ao pisar e o funcionamento do autoclismo é excessivamente ruidoso. Qualidade do descanso: Os colchões são demasiado moles, não garantindo o suporte e o descanso necessários após dias longos de passeio. Cozinha: Na parte da cozinha a nível de utensílios estava tudo bem, apenas faltava mesmo um escorredor de loiça, o que faz falta no dia a dia.

  Liked: Very nice and clean house. Good equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, we felt almost like in home. House has good localisation and we spend perfect time on Azores.

  I do not recomend this place

  Liked: From the outside it looks good. The pictures look wonderful but not the case. I’m surprised the review rating was this good.

  Disliked: Black mold on the bedroom walls. The house had a strong smell. I left as soon as I looked at the place and got another place to stay. The mold and the smell of mold was too much. The owner needs to take better care of the place. I asked for cancellation he did not agree saying he had paid for cleaning and said the mold was because of beach and high humidity. I also own a house at the beach but not mold.

  Good accomodation for cheap price!

  Liked: I liked the price for the accommodation, it was really cheap. Also, the location was fine. Sometimes you can hear the airplanes but it wasn't bothering us. I liked that we had the washing machine, dryer and hair dryer.

  Disliked: I would say it's really common for Azores, but when you enter the accomodation, you can feel musty smell, cause there is huge humidity. But at least there are fans in every room. Also, I would say that some of the gadgets in kitchen are missing, e.g chopping board. Other
