  Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price

  Disliked: My stay was disappointing. The elevator was out of order, forcing me to use the emergency stairs frequently. The breakfast was very average, and parking came at an additional cost. Noise from other guests, including loud conversations and doors slamming, made the stay even less comfortable. Overall, the hotel was not worth the price, and I would not recommend it.

  Fantastic stay

  Liked: 5 min from the front and center of town. Staff helpful when booking trips and hiring cars

  It was fairly comfortable, an easy location to access

  Liked: The location was pretty good, though it was on the far end of the city, which meant you had to travel to get anywhere. The breakfast was pretty standard, but they provided a variety of food to suit almost everyone.

  Disliked: For a four-star, the bed was by no means comfortable! I also don't like the old-school rule, which, in my opinion, was ridiculous: they needed a deposit for both the safe and the sauna towels. This is not equivalent to a typical four-star standard. I was also surprised by how small the bath towels were, and the shower door in my room was broken, so water flooded the floor every time the shower ran. There were also very few food options near the hotel; I had to go on an expedition every evening to find a place to eat. For example, the tour guide recommended a restaurant, but it was a 20-minute walk from the hotel and didn't open until 7 pm. That part of the city was quiet, and I would much rather not be in that area after dark as a solo traveller.
