  Spacious and near most of what Ponta Delgada has to offer

  Liked: Absurdly big for the price, and perfectly located. Could easily fit 6-8 people and probably even more (although only found 4 beds). Kitchen is mostly well-equipped.

  Disliked: Some minor cleanliness issues, but nothing major. As should be expected. In general Ponta Delgada seems to have a bit of issues with vagrants/people living on the street, but they don't significantly bother you.

  Comfortable apartment and friendly owner

  Liked: The apartment is large, comfortable, well-equipped, and clean. It has a huge balcony with view to the city and the ocean. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and it is easy to communicate with him. The aprtment's location is very good, it is close to groceries and the city centre with sigths (shopping street, port, restaurants, museums, botanical gardens, etc.). Also, the airport is relatively close, and pineapple farms open to visitors are within easy reach.

  A very good address to discover ponta delgada by foot and explore the island by car

  Liked: Good location Great terrace Big rooms Quiet place Nice view of city, sea and landscape. Parking place very close. Small supermarket close to get simple stuff Easy to walk down to city centre in 15min. No air conditionning but no need. Fan was sufficient Some cooking and bathroom ingrédients were available: good point! Convenient owner for checkin and check out

  Disliked: More numerous glasses, dishes, spoon, knife....would have been welcomed. Terrace could be more comfortable (hamac, rain cover...)

  Liked: Large, clean, beautifully terrace overlooking the city. Kitchen was well supplied and had all amenities including spices, cooking oils, and Saran Wrap, aluminum foil, etc…
