  Perfection throughout!

  Liked: This Hotel is very well located, in the center of Ponta Delgada, close to shops, restaurants, cafés, museums, and even a little mini market. We walked to restaurants for dinner every night and did not need to walk far to find great food. We also always felt very safe, note to females travelling together or alone. The hotel is beautiful and modern, very clean, the beds and pillows very comfortable and the staff responds immediately to anything we need or question we have. The breakfasts brought to our room were always perfect and it made it so easy to not have to leave our room early morning. It just made our holiday that more relaxing. The staff at the hotel was extremely welcoming, helpful and kind throughout our entire eight day stay. We thank Marlene, Christina and Raquel for your professionalism and your constant happy demeanour. You helped us start our day with a happy note! We highly recommend this hotel, it does not disappoint. Should we travel again to Sao Miguel, we would definitely stay here again.

  Stay here! You will not be disappointed

  Liked: Having breakfast brought to your room was amazing! You get to pick the time and the food you want. 10 out of 10. The staff were so helpful and kind. Their English was great.

  Disliked: There was nothing we can complain about. This place was so clean and modern. We loved it.

  Amazing hospitality, fresh breakfast, a peaceful setting and a very good location

  Liked: A wonderful hotel with exceptionally welcoming and helpful people. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and was always happy to help or accommodate our requests. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of fresh and delicious food each morning, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also perfect: quiet and peaceful, but still within easy walking distance of many places. We had an amazing experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We would happily stay here again!

  Liked: The stay was great! The room was cosy, clean and very large. The breakfast is delivered to the room, and you can put in an order each day for specific menu items. The parking spaces are limited, so make sure to reserve them beforehand. They are a bit tight to park in because of the narrow streets but it was no problem at all. Casa da Galeria is highly recommended. There is even a very friendly cat named Host at the reception!

  Disliked: Sadly, we only saw the cat twice.
