Liked: Fantastic staff!! Absolutely the best! Super helpful and friendly - and further bolstered by Mr Host, the house cat.!. He’s very handsome and friendly! We arrived late and the receptionist stayed 30 min late to help us find the hotel and also the parking garage. The location is great - everywhere in the city is walkable. The room was quiet, clean and large! We had a fantastic 3-night stay.

Liked: Staff was attentive and helpful. Great breakfast and we were lucky to have parking for part of our stay, too. Thank you to Liliana, Jose, and Beatriz especially!

Liked: What an absolute gem of a property. All of the staff we encountered were absolutely phenomenal. The rooms and common areas, clean and modern - the communication, first-rate. The hotel is on a fairly busy street so there was some road/traffic noise however that’s hardly the fault of the hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer however sadly, they were fully booked.

A gem not to be missed!

Liked: Incredible communication. Impeccable attention to detail. Hugely warm and caring space, owners and staff. I haven’t had this level of customer service in a very long time. I wish we’d could have stayed longer!
