  Liked: Fantastic Stay, Amazing Hospitality! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casa do Contador! Everything was excellent, from the delicious breakfast delivered fresh to our room every morning to the fantastic cleaning service that kept everything spotless. The staff were truly amazing, always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel right at home. A beautiful place with outstanding service and attention to detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended, and we would definitely come back!

  Disliked: Being right in the heart of Ponta Delgada parking can be a bit challenging. We found the perfect solution by using Uber for shorter trips around the city, usually costing around €5 per ride, and saving our rental car for exploring the rest of the island. This worked out perfectly and made getting around really easy.

  Liked: The stuff is very hospitable and helpful. The rooms are clean and plenty big, the moment you step in the lobby you can smell that the place is clean. The DIY breakfast is very nice we always had enough to eat and prepare some sandwiches and fruit for the day. We had to make an early checkout and they gave us our breakfast at the night before so we would enjoy it as well.

  Liked: Wow - just wow! We stayed at Casa do Contador on our last 2 nights of our 10 day vacation in the Azores. This was by far our favourite accommodation for so many reasons. Communication ahead of time was excellent. Our welcome on arrival from Leticia was so warm and friendly. And she was amazing throughout our stay. This is a place that is designed for travellers. From the luggage storage to the comfortable lounge with coffee, tea and cookies. Our room was exceptional. The courtyard was just lovely and we appreciated the lounge chairs and pool. There was even a bathroom with shower in the courtyard area and we appreciated the opportunity to relax out there, hide from the rain, and even take a shower before our evening flight. Breakfast far surpassed our expectations and we just loved the basket arrival each morning:) I can't say enough about this amazing place and would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

  Liked: The room was lovely and exceptionally comfortable. The kitchenette is well-stocked and the breakfast was a real treat. Tomas at the reception desk went above and beyond to be helpful and is a true professional.

  Disliked: A gluten-free option on the breakfast would be very welcomed!
