  Liked: We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Casa do Populo. The location is perfect: very convenient, but still private, quiet, green, and relaxing. The apartment is spacious, beautifully designed, and has everything you might need. Paula is an amazing host: warm, welcoming, helpful, and always available when needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

  Our stay was awesome, if we can ever retuen we sure would!

  Liked: It was beautiful, historical, well maintained and the proprietor was uber helpful and informative. The apt was well equipped, comfortable and theproperty was quiet and friendly and interesting.

  The staff was very helpful with excellent advises and recommendations for the island destinations. Very friendly manager

  Liked: Extremely quiet property, relaxing environment and local azorian historical vibes. Very large and secure parking.

  Disliked: Pool, hot tub and one shower needs to be maintained better and clean.

  We recommend, specially if you are looking for a different type of place to stay

  Liked: The environment was wonderful and we felt like in the tropical forest instead of the city. Birds all around the place. It was a private location with a dedicated parking. We were receievd by the owner with very good attention and they were available for our needs. A bottle of wine was even waiting for us… plenty of recommendations on where to go during our stay. We really appreciated our stay in the place.

  Disliked: Humidity and smell was sometimes unpleasant even when the dehumidificator was running. An outside chair was broken and not so comfortable.

  One of my highlights in São Miguel, this accommodation is not to be missed. Everything was beyond great, thank you Paula

  Liked: Literally everything, it is such an amazing hidden gem. The location is great, you have the beach at a quick walk from the house, nature everywhere surrounding you and full privacy. I particularly enjoyed walking through the little forest inside the property, and for any big nature lovers: this is your spot! Paula, the owner, is such a lovely and kind lady, open to help you anytime.

  Disliked: Nothing, I enjoyed everything!
