    Liked: I booked my stay that morning and when I arrived that night there was only a black door with a code machine. I knocked and waited for over half hour till another guest arrived and punched in code they received via email. I never got the email. On the site it said they had a front desk staffed 24/7. There are no employees at this hotel. After calling Hotels.com a half hour later a representative showed up to show me my room and give me the door code so I could go out. At 10:30pm at night on a Sunday nothing was open. I was frustrated and emailed about a partial refund as I wanted a front desk person to call me a cab to airport in morning. They never emailed me back or responded to Hotels.com. Bare bones place to stay, which is fine, but lousy communication and no staff on site.

    It was ok, because I only stayed there 5 hours. 7am-12pm

    Liked: Location and ease of check in.

    Disliked: Run down. Steep stairs/ no elevator
