  Okay for a night or two

  Liked: Location, clean bathrooms

  Disliked: It was really hot at night, also the van didnt do much since we could not have window open because we were on the ground floor and next to the street. The bed was really uncomfortable.

  Could not check in, no host response for the entire stay

  Liked: Basic and functional. Simple, low quality materials, but the location was acceptable.

  Disliked: I informed the host of my arrival time in advance and it was accepted. When we arrived at around 22:00 there were no check-in instructions, no access code, and no way to enter. We rang the bell, no answer. We called the number on the reservation many times and it was never answered, as if the phone was switched off. We messaged through Booking asking for help and got no reply. We only got inside because another guest saw our situation and shared the door code. We then took a room we simply assumed was ours, with no confirmation from anyone. Without that guest we would have been left on the street at night. For all three nights we lived in fear that the code would stop working or that we would be told we were in the wrong room. The host never once responded during the entire stay, not even to a second number given to us by the cleaning staff. On the first day we also found a large cockroach inside. This is a serious failure of a basic responsibility: giving guests a way to get in. After I posted this review, the host contacted me repeatedly, several times a day, offering a Booking voucher if I removed it, without ever addressing what went wrong.

  Liked: Well organized and clean shared space in the north of the capital. To the center its 10min walk and to the airport its 7min drive. Good value overall.

  Disliked: It's a shared space, so it can have the expected disadvantages of reduced privacy, bathroom waiting times, etc. We didn't have any issues, though. Parking lots are nearby, but public, so can be luck based (we were lucky, but it was the last one free).

  Liked: All you need about a good sleeping room and bathroom. Clean and comfortable. The owner helped us with the taxi to the airport, what was a good help. It was a 15 minute walk to the harbour. Easy enter.
