We were given a different location by the property managers

Disliked: Sewer and plumbing issues. Asked to not flush toilet paper. Had dirty water flooding bathroom. Property is tired.

Liked: Tha aprtment is very big with a view to the ocean. There is a pool that is common to the entire complex. The beach is in a walking distance. A few minutes drive from the center of Ponta Delgada. Air condition in every room. 2 toilets. Elizabeth answered quickly every question I had and gave some useful tips. I highly recommend.

  Comfortable and spacious apartment

Liked: Quiet, spacious, well equipped apartment with parking. Having a WC as well as a bathroom with WC was handy since there were 4 of us. A good location from which to explore the island if you have a car.

Disliked: Up a flight of stairs so not the best if you have a lot of luggage.
