  Liked: Excellent location in the heart of Ponta Delgada. Free parking at two different lots within a 4-10 min walk. Paula was very communicative and helpful. Having two bedrooms was really nice.

  Goof value central stay in Ponta Delgada, Sao Miguel

  Liked: Central location at Ponta Deldaga. Host provided plenty of info for parking space, restaurant options etc. Kitchen facilities equipped for cooking, and we were provided with local milk, biscuits and coffee.

  Disliked: Bedrooms located 1 floor above toilet, so a little inconvenient during night time.

  Lovely spacious and clean apartment in an excellent location

  Liked: Excellent location in quiet street right in the centre of Ponta Del Garda. Free parking within 2 minutes walk. Small supermarket just at the bottom of the road, and plenty of other shops, restaurants and points of interest all within walking distance. A perfect base to explore Sao Miguel. The accommodation is spacious, with enough room to sleep up to 6 people (including the sofa bed in the living room). We were a family of 4 so had loads of space. Lots of towels and extra bed linen provided. Host was super helpful and friendly.

  Disliked: Really nothing to complain about at all. The bathroom could perhaps use a little modernisation, but all functions perfectly well. There are a couple of flights of stairs to climb up to get to the apartment, but no problem for us.

  Nice central apartment

  Liked: It is a spacious apartment, centrally located, with all conveniences. The host was very kind and helpful. Very good value for money.

  Disliked: Some signs of wear and tear. Bathroom was a bit small. Pedal on the trashbin for the toilet wasn't working, not very hygienic.

  Easy and cheap city centre accommodation!

  Liked: Location is amazing. 5m away from restaurants and coffees, free parking 1 street away. Price was the best we found for the date. Was spacious. Host was from other world. Lots of amenities, towels and kitchen appliances. As described:) late check out was allowed.

  Disliked: Bathroom was too humid and with a weird smell. Nothing life changing but definitely needs an upgrade. Bedroom windows are awful, you can hear from outside and it is not insulated well enough, which makes the wind sounds loud. We were kind of expecting to find a cockroach because, well, it is an island. Still, awful experience. Found only two during the stay, as the house as traps to scare them away, but one was a little dinosaur.
