  Liked: Almost everything was good, especially the very big room, the liquor gift and having a fridge and a kitchen with all the amenities.

  Disliked: Closest free parking is 7 minutes away. The shampoo/shower soap, it would have been great to have a separate one for the hairs and one for the body, or one of a better quality mainly for the hairs. Coffee pods didn't taste good.

  Awesome stay! It was like the perfect combination of an old fashioned b&b and a private room hostel

  Liked: Very charming and comfortable

  Disliked: When there are other people coming in and out of their rooms it can be loud, or if someone is in hall talking it sounds loud inside the room (or maybe the other guests while I was there were just loud)

  Lovely stay in Ponta Delgada

  Liked: The host was very attentive, always happy to help. The room has air con that was useful for the humidity of the city when it rains. The house including kitchen and shared bathroom are spotless, making you feel at home. A lovely gift was left at our door before leaving. There was also the opportunity to leave the luggage after check out.

  Disliked: Maybe it would be useful sometimes to have an extra key

  Liked: The host was very friendly and welcoming, providing detailed information about everything and sharing many useful recommendations. The accommodation was good and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is almost in the city center, with many nice cafes nearby.

  Disliked: The only downside was parking, as it can be quite difficult to find a spot close to the property. However, there is a large free parking area about a 10-minute walk away, which solves the issue.
