  Otimo to Epicenter

  Liked: The place was very clean, comfortable and in a really good location. The communication from the staff was amazing. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were great. Definitely be returning.

  Host could not care less about you - you are a nuisance - stay somewhere else

  Liked: I liked the location

  Disliked: To be honest, I work in the hotel development industry and, even if you're renting an apartment, this is obviously a vacation rental. So the idea that there has to be some minimum level service is not a crazy one. And I just feel, like, compared to a two star hotel I stayed in Furness where the owners, you know, helped me set up a a space to work remotely, they ironed a shirt they didn't have to. They were really caring about my situation. I had a bit of a medical situation. The owners at this property couldn't give a crap about you, they make it seem like they really dont like having to deal with you, and they were only interested in making me take out the trash, (which should be included, i'm paying for cleaning) the check-in process was very complicated, and they weren't sympathetic at all. And when behind my flight got canceled multiple times, they were not interested in helping at all, only wanted me to get out of the apartment, and all that's all they cared about. And therefore, I will give us a very low rating because the hosts really don't give a crap about whoever's staying there and its obviously, one star, care about your customers, try a little bit, have some comopassion, you are running a hospitality busines, one star, would not reccomend. Also, the cleanliness level of the apartment needs to be much better. I just think they should 1) Make the check in process easier / try not to make it seem like they cant be darned to help you 2) THey have automated messages...but then all they care about is when you are getting out 3) Guests should not be taking out the trash. Guests pay for cleaning, and the cleaning lady could do it 4) Have alittle, little bit of compassion in your heart when peopel go through travael misery...

  A comfortable and stylish stay in the heart of Ponta Delgada

  Liked: Stylish and comfortable apartment. Communication with owners was clear and straightforward. Private parking which is essential when hiring a car on the island.

  Great property experience in Ponta Degado

  Liked: The Epicenter Urban has a unique & distinctive look, a perfect location for walking within minutes to the city center, and the space itself simply has a great vibe! It also has a private deck for early morning coffee or simply enjoying a relaxing evening after your day's adventures! The assigned garage parking space is a great plus!

  Disliked: The patio door auto-locking, which requires some planning to avoid an accidental lock out.
