  Liked: The manager of this property, Felipe was incredibly welcoming and professional. We received a very nice tour of the villa including some interesting history background of the area. We fell in love with the friendly cat that stays there, Felix. The stay was clean, beautiful, close to a lot of the spots we wanted to go to, and very accommodating.

  Disliked: Kitchen is small with little counter space so for folks who want to cook it may not be the best option.

  More than meets the eye, warm and welcoming, would definitely return!

  Liked: Great central location Sleek, modern Super kind team and their cute pets make us feel welcomed to their “home” (the compound) yet having the modern amenities and independence of living in a home away from home Fresh pineapple from their property with every stay!!

  Very pleasant!

  Liked: We had an extremely pleasant stay at the accommodation. We received an extremely warm and familiar welcome and were shown around the entire property, including the pineapple plantation. We also got to meet Felix, the house cat, who came to visit us every morning and evening. The property is beautiful, with a huge garden and a gorgeous pool area. The accomodation was clean. You could tell that the rooms have been decorated with a lot of care and character. The kitchen was well-equipped and includes a refrigerator. We were welcomed with local cheese and bread as well as butter, yogurt, a basket of fresh fruit including a home-grown pineapple. We received many restaurant recommendations in the area, as well as ideas for activities. We were also offered a private tour of the resort’s own pineapple plantation, but unfortunately didn’t have time for it in the end. The accomodation lies closely to Punta Delgada as well as the airport. I would definitely recommend the accomodation to anyone choosing to travel to São Miguel. I would also consider booking my stay at this accomodation again in case we would decide to re-visit!
