If something goes wrong, you are out of luck

  Liked: Room was nice.

Disliked: Breaker tripped in apartment first 5 minutes, spent 2 days without power while every other apartment had power including our hallway. No one ever came to look at anything. Had to piss with a flashlight, no hot water, ac, nothing.

Liked: Easy to find place for car parking.

Disliked: The property seems to be overpriced for renting in September (around 360€ per night). In October prices start from 130€ per night.

Good to passable. Has a few glitches, but nice overall. 8/10

Liked: A bit far from the center, but convenient for travelling outside the city.

Disliked: We got only 1 (one) key for 6 persons. Unacceptable. After I asked - we were give another key. Instead of mounting a lockbox, we had to travel all the way to the city center to pick up the key (twice for the second key). The trash bin was left full (we got it emptied on Day 2, after contacting the host). There was a big cockroach in the bathroom and a bunch of long hairs in the shower drain. There should be definitely a code/lockbox on the entrance and and apartment doors, so that the keys to the place won't be an issue

Disliked: These apartments are located on the outskirts, good restaurants and cafes are NOT within walking distance. The washing machine is not working, which we have not been notified about. The technical master could not solve the problem, moreover, he came the next day without warning. The owner answers questions very late, late at night. In winter, the apartment is humid

Liked: Spacious flat. Quiet location, though a bit remote. Good soundproofness. All amenities are there.

Disliked: Need to add one regular (tefal-like) 26-28 cm frying pan.
