  Swimming pool empty despite being the first picture in the listing

  Disliked: They advertise an outdoor swimming pool but it is empty and you cannot use it. Very misleading and unfair listing. Check in was very difficult as there is no phone number to call nor person responsible to do it

  Disappointing

  Liked: The location was great. I have family in the area and the cafe/beach bar is a great place to meet. Close to PDL but also on the edge of exploring new places on the east side of the island. Amazing view from your room!

  Disliked: From the start we were having trouble with this place. The day prior I was asked if I'd like to check in early, which we were happy to accept, but were then directed to a webpage to pay for said early check in. That's a first, we declined. Once we arrived to the property the instructions for finding the lockbox were a bit complicated. We did reachout to the company but they had not replyed by the time we finally found the lockbox. From there we were happy to have our parking spot #11 in the garage (more on that later), satisfied with that becasue street parking (other than in front of the cafe) is not as easy to find as we were told. Luckily we know the area, but had we not it would have been a hassle. We got to the room through a maze of dark cooridors, and very old elevators, which I cannot blame on the host company but should be known. The room was good size, and the view was truly amazing. Some couch staining, humid. The bathroom however was terrible. Little to no water pressure in the shower and lots of mildew. My wife was preganant so getting into the shower was a struggle as it's about 3 feet off the ground, and getting out on slippery tile was a bit dangerous. The glass divider was also starting to fail so a lot of water happend to be on the ground upon exit. - Whatever time to go out and enjoy ourselves - Upon our return that night once we got to the parking garage.. someone was parked in our spot.. Once again, I reached out to the host and was told, "sorry for the inconvenience. Parking is readily available on the street or nearby, so you're all set!" They did ask if we'd like to report this with a photo by the time we'd already parked in front of the "2nd Building." The bed was not comfy, the 3 pillows were not comfy.

  An excellent spot for an extended weekend with my two visiting friends – highly recommended

  Liked: Great location across the street from the best beach on the island. Wonderful views from the top floor of the tower building and pleasant outdoor patios. The apartment was compact but just fine for three people and had separate doors for the living room sleeping area as well as for the bedroom. Also, the sofa bed in the living room was one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve slept on for a long while.

  Disliked: The cookware and utensils were pretty marginal, not really appropriate for the good kitchen that was in the apartment. They badly need upgrading or replacement.

  beautiful view, but terrible conditions

  Disliked: - there is mold on the walls in the apartment - terrible stench in the elevators - one set of keys for 3 travelers, which open the door with difficulty, does not provide the gate code, even though it exists. for additional keys they want 25 euros
