  Great location, however the current situation with the noise of construction made the stay quite difficult

  Disliked: There is major construction going on next door. Drilling and jack hammers during work hours.

  Great place to stay when visiting Ponta Delgada

  Liked: Helena's House was a great place to stay It is equipped with everything you might need for your visit to Ponta Delgada. There were two of us staying, but it can easily accept up to 4/5 people. It's well located a few minutes walk from the seafront and the centre of town. There are many restaurants nearby and you're close to shops. It was excellent value for money and I would happily stay here again

  Disliked: It was over priced for what we got. The cabinet in the bathroom was put together hazardously and falling apart. The seaview shouldn’t even be mentioned when advertising has it is barely noticeable.

  Overall, stay was good and hosts were kind and responsive. Space was clean and close to the downtown of Ponta Delgada. D

  Liked: Very convenient location (walking distance to city centre) and a great price. Clean apartment and hosts were very responsive. Helped us with storing luggage prior to check-in due to early flights.

  Disliked: We did have a few cockroach incidents
