  Very good and satisfying

Liked: The receptionists were all very nice and helpfu!

Disliked: Rooms were quite small for our stay of two weeks but that was managable. Parking situation in the centre of Ponta Delgada is horrible but thats not the fault of the hotel.

Liked: Staff was very helpful! Breakfast was good. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but considering in the middle of an old city, one should expect this..

Disliked: Nothing, considering for this price!
