  Disliked: Parking - dificult to find, if you arrive you need to park somewhere even to ask where the parking is and it is very confusing.

  Really enjoyed our stay at The Mercure, Ponta Delgado. The hotel was so convenient for the airport and a great base for

  Liked: The hotel was in an ideal central location for shops, restaurants, places of interest and the waterfront. So much to do within easy walking distance Couldn’t fault the welcome and the attentiveness of all the staff. The room was a good size, with a very comfortable bed. We were extremely pleased that the room was impeccably serviced each day.

  Disliked: The evening meal menu could have been more extensive and adventurous, although this did not bother us a we enjoy trying different local restaurants. The air conditioning in the bar area made it a bit chilly in an evening when we returned for a drink, making it more pleasant to sit outside.

  We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the sauna and swimming pool!

  Liked: Great location, breakfast is excellent( lots of choices)

  Disliked: The douche cabine is not very practical. The water sprayed out and the floor gets wet everytime you take a shower.
